This private company comes with the special green D&SL tile (#800). The corporation that owns the D&SL can use this tile to upgrade a yellow tile on its reserved small town hex (D4 for the C&S, B4 for the D&RGW) as its single tile lay for that operating round. This action closes the private company. If a corporation owns the D&SL when it closes in phase 5, the tile may be kept.
