Saint Petersburg is a game about building the city of Saint Petersburg. Players acquire workers, buildings and aristocrats. These earn the players money, points, or both during the game. Players can earn additional points for the aristocrats at the end of the game. The player who is best able to manage his meager money supply and buy the right things at the right times will win the game.
