certain phase it receives 100% capitalisation and unsold shares are issued into the bank

18GA, 18Mex, 18NL, 18TN, 18US, 18VA Those for shares in the bank pool.
1831 Those for shares in the company treasury. They can only get there through the
'redemption' process.

1842 Those for unissued shares; except for the HAV, which receives none.

pay 50% to the treasury.
