13.4 - What happens if the bank runs out of money during a stock round?

1800, 1825, 1829, 1829 Mainline, 1837, 1842 Not covered by the rules.
1812 Complete one more operating round. Also applies if the bank runs out of money during a merger round.
1824, 1826, 1827 Jr., 1830, 1832, 1844, 1846, 1848, 1849, 1850, 1854, 1856, 1862, 1862EA, 1865 Sardinia, 1870, 1889, 1893, 1895, 18Ardennes, 18EC, 18EU, 18EZ Levels 2 and 3, 18FL, 18GL, 18MW, 18Neb, 18NL, 18NY, 18PA, 18Rhl Rhineland, 18Scan, 18US, 18VA, 18West, 2038 Complete the next set of operating rounds.
1830BC, 1873, Crisis, Rolling Stock The bank has unlimited money.
1831, 1835, 1837SX, 1838 Rheinland, 1841, 1851, 1853, 1853 v2, 1858, 1860, 1898, 18C2C, 18Dixie, 18GA, 18Mex, 18TN Complete one more operating round.
1861 Not covered by the rules, but a clarification from JKLM Games states that you complete the stock round and then play three operating rounds.
1880 Nothing. The bank holds 37,860, and is effectively unlimited.
18EZ Level 1 Bank will issue IOUs if needed - does not technically run out of money.
18MS The game ends after 10 ORs.
18Ruhr The players combine to put 600 Mark into the bank, repeating if necessary to give the bank a positive balance. The rules say nothing about how to handle situations where one or more playes has insufficient funds to contribute to this activity.
Poseidon The game ends after the 11th empire round. The bank is presumably not expected to run out.
Steam Over Holland The game ends after 15 rounds (5 SRs and 10 ORs). The bank is presumably not expected to run out.
