The order total, which will be shown on the right, excludes post and packing (p&p). The cost for p&p will depend on what is in the order and on the destination. I will advise you of the total cost including post and packing when I reply to your order.

UK orders are sent using the cheapest service to keep the costs down. For orders being delivered to mainland UK, post and packing is free if the games come to more than Ł100.

International orders are sent airmail using the best (i.e. cheapest) rate. If you are not in a hurry you can ask me to quote for surface mail instead. Any additional costs such as customs charges are outside my control and not something I can be responsible for. The International Signed For service is available to provide additional insurance cover, at a basic cost of Ł3.50 per package, or Ł5.70 for larger packages. Let me know if you want me to use this service.

International customers should be aware that if a parcel is more than 2kg in weight, the cost increases sharply. For this reason I will aim to send orders for multiple items in more than one package if by doing so I can keep each package below 2kg. Sometimes this isn't possible because an individual game is too heavy.

Orders are packed in padded bags or posting boxes to protect the contents.
