For Whom The Die Rolls is published once a month in booklet form. The cover colours generally alternate between yellow and grey. It is difficult to explain why this is. It just started out that way and it seems reasonable to continue.
Unlike a lot of other postal games zines, FWTDR concentrates mostly on the games, without a lot of chat or other stuff. No letter column until recently, few articles, just loads of games. From time to time an extra item is included with an issue. Each November a Deadline Diary is included for the coming year that can be used to record deadlines for FWTDR and other zines. There is a theory that this will help players stick to deadlines, but this has yet to be proved. I have also serialised four stories that were written by my father many years ago. The first was called The Bent Wheel, the second Don't Go To Monaco, the third Strictly Illegal and the fourth The Watery Maze.
The information about FWTDR on this web site is not exhaustive. It consists of one summary page for each issue with details on circulation, games starting and finishing, etc. There is also one page for each game, recording the winner and runner-up and a few other details. Each player who has completed at least one game also has their own page, listing their victories and other games. The issue, game and player pages are cross-linked. If there is something else that you would like to see, let me know.
